After signing up and paying to be in the program Dave will contact the senior and parent to set up a time and date for your 1st photo session. Senior and parent will come in during the Summer for senior private senior session. Senior and parent will choose what senior collection you would like to have made for the summer session. We offer from 1 hour session 4 outfits to 6 hours with unlimited outfits and locations we have at our studio and on locations.

Class of 2020 Senior Elite Team Program
In this program the Elite Team member and parent will help the studio to promote our high school senior photography. For each senior that books and has his/her senior portraits made and their order is completed - you will receive $25 cash per senior or credit toward your senior order. Payment to the 2020 Elite Member will be made at the end of the senior portrait year (graduation) or if credit used instead then it will be credited when portraits are completed. After your parent(s) sign you up and signs the Team Member release what are we going to do for you?
1. Today we will do a mini session. This will give us some images to introduce you as one of our Team Members. Images will be used to create an ad for you to start obtaining bookings for the studio.
2. You will have a photography session (2 outfits) made in the Spring. These images will be used in advertising that you can share/text. They will also be on our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Website. We will private message you the location of the Spring photo shoot closer to the time of the photo session.
3. You will have your private senior portrait session in the summer. If this session is completed before July 30th there will be No Session fee charged to you if you get ONE 2020 Senior booked for their summer session. You will pay for the portrait collection that you choose to pre-order.So what do the Elite Team Member and parents do?
Promote our studio and tell all the 2020 seniors and parents of a 2020 senior from any school to check out Dave Shirley Photography and to book their senior portraits with our studio. You will have your very own advertising ads to share with everyone that will have a special offer for him/her to book. We will also have a senior advertising piece for you on our Facebook page so that you can tag/share with all of your Facebook friends and 2020 seniors and parents. For you to receive the $25 cash/credit for each senior that books under your name, we ask the 2020 Elite Team member and parents not to promote any other photographer or photography studio for senior portraits.
So what is the cost for the Team Member and parent?
There is no sitting fee for today’s session or for the Spring photo shoot. If the senior has their summer session made and portrait collection paid by July 30, 2019 there is No Session Fee if you have at least ONE booking. __________ **By signing up for this program the Elite Team Member and Parent have agreed to promote our studio via all means of communication.** We are paying/crediting you $25 for each senior you get to book and have his/her portraits created with our studio. A pre-paid payment of $150 is due today of which $125 will be credited to your summer Senior Portrait Session. A second payment of $150 is due at the Spring Photo session of which $125 will be credited toward your summer senior session. All payments are nonrefundable. Senior portrait collections start at $379. The Team Member and parent will choose which collection they want by the time they come back to pick up their model order. A time to place this order will be decided upon after the 2nd photo session. A digital catalog can be private messaged to you via Facebook or emailed for you to view after you sign up. A third payment is due 4 weeks before the Senior Summer Session and the remaining balance is due at the photography session. An invoice will be emailed to you.
*Senior Parent will receive a Free Fall Family portrait session of which the date is to be determined. This is a $250 value. You will have to make this appt yourself. A payment is required to hold your time and date. Payment will go towards your order. **2020 Senior spokes models: The first Elite Team Member that books 10 or more Seniors under his/her name using your Senior advertising ads and these seniors complete their senior portrait order, that Team Member will receive a $500 gift card to their favorite clothing store or a Visa gift card.
The Studio investment per senior model is $500. This is what Dave will have invested in you with products, his time, staff and travel.
Can I view the images done today and the model session? Yes, the studio can make you an appointment to view and order.
The Elite Team Member will also receive free Prints and Social media for turning in another Studio’s 2020 senior information.
The Elite Team Member will receive a Free Senior T-Shirt that they can wear to promote our studio. Please fill out what size you need on the form provided. If a parent would like to order one, please let us know what size you need on the form provided. Shirts are $19.99 for each additional shirt. Seniors will need to take a Selfie of them wearing their Senior shirt and post it on Social Media. Please tag Dave when this is completed. ________
FREE YEARBOOK Photo’s for your senior section in the yearbook provided if the Senior does a sitting that includes the studio and garden. We will be glad to send a Tux or Drape and a Casual image to your yearbook sponsor to be in the Senior layout. We do offer to design your senior ad for you and this service can be ordered from Dave when you place your summer session order.
The Team Member will receive a Facebook, Instagram and Twitter ads with a senior image on it with a special offer for all 2020 Seniors. These can also be used to refer any 2020 seniors and parents to us.
The Team Member will have their Senior portrait session in the summer. This will be your private Full Senior Session - sometime before July 30, 2019. For this session you choose the Senior Collection backgrounds and tell us what you want. Any questions?
